Today marked the beginning of Education 270. In today's class we went over some basic syllabus week routines. In other words, introductions, reviewing the course syllabus, and what we should expect through out the term. I thought today was very interesting. Coming into this class I wasn't really sure what I should expect. I didn't have the slightest idea of what technology in education actually meant to today's education. There are so many applications and devices that have the ability to enhance the way individuals learn. I found the most interesting and useful thing that we did in class was talk about all of the ways we can tie in technology with the lesson we have to teach. There was ways to create puzzles in order to help kids remember what things looked like or what location those places are in. Another one we looked at was a color pallet. I think today was a fantastic first day of class and i look forward to what the rest of the term will bring.
